Here at LifeTime EVERY day is an older people day! And we love it that way.
In the year that is celebrating the 50th anniversary year of man landing on the moon and 50 years of New Town here in Warrington, we are celebrating the fabness of being 50+.
We would be especially over the moon if you joined us at 50 Fest organised by Warrington Voluntary Action on Tuesday, October 1, coinciding with the international celebration of Older People Day.
The free drop-in festival, 12-6pm in The Gateway, will be bursting with demonstrations and discussions helping you to make great choices for living well and enjoying life.
LifeTime will be hosting zumba, yoga, tai chi, table tennis and games and all classes will be free, as well as free tea and coffee.
Our camera club and For the Love of Art group’s work will be on display.
Don’t miss your chance to have your picture taken with the Challenge Cup, discuss beauty with M&S experts, or to break out your vinyl collection with a DJ slot.
Public Health England and Warrington Together will be on hand to offer health advice.
Experts will be on hand to help you do anything from planning for your retirement to making the perfect curry and brewing your own beer.
