In 2019 there were some changes to our governance which secures the future of LifeTime as an important part of Warrington Housing Association’s social value investment. In 2019 the subsiduary LifeTime was collapsed and continues to be a valued part of WHA, led by the WHA Board.

Governance

The Board of Warrington Housing Association Limited is responsible for the overall control of the affairs of LifeTime, including setting the values, vision, mission and strategic objectives, ensuring its long term success. Board members should; uphold the rules, values and objectives of the organisation, uphold core policies including our commitment to equality of opportunities in the provision of services and contribute to and share responsibility for the Board’s decisions. They should prepare for and attend meetings, training sessions and other events, represent LifeTime on occasions, declare any relevant interests and respect confidentiality of information.
