The Board of Warrington Housing Association Limited is responsible for the overall control of the affairs of LifeTime, including setting the values, vision, mission and strategic objectives, ensuring its long term success. Board members should; uphold the rules, values and objectives of the organisation, uphold core policies including our commitment to equality of opportunities in the provision of services and contribute to and share responsibility for the Board’s decisions. They should prepare for and attend meetings, training sessions and other events, represent LifeTime on occasions, declare any relevant interests and respect confidentiality of information.
