Exercise in later life “keeps the mind sharp”

Widely reported today is the benefits of going moderate exercise several times a week. “Thinking and memory skills were most improved when people exercised the heart and muscles on a regular basis”.  Taking up exercise at any age is work it and can reduce the risk of a number of diseases including diabetes, some cancers and mental decline.
