The doors to our NEW LifeTime centre on Sankey Street opened on August 1st. Since then we have seen a phenomenal growth in membership with just under 500 members over the age of 50.

Our current timetable is expanding quickly and we now have more than 17 activities a week! Why not pop in and see if there is something for you? We have art classes, ceramics, jewellery making, ukulele lessons, textiles, yoga, zumba gold and much more.

Not only do we have activities, we have plenty of trips for you to go on. The trips we have organized to the Royal Court Theatre, The Brindley Theatre and Tatton Park have been a massive success. Complete sell outs! We have an up coming trip to Southport in December at just £9.50 which includes a drink and a mince pie. Get your names down quick to secure your place.

Since August we have held several events here at LifeTime including a Macmillan coffee morning where our members helped us raise a staggering £299.59! Well done to all who came and helped make this event the success it was. Another event held was the ukulele afternoon where a ukulele musician came and played songs and ballads for the members to sing along to whilst enjoying afternoon tea. From this event we have now organized ukulele tuition due to popular demand.
